I’m Caroline: Your career ally and guide to a progressing your career towards joy

Hi, I’m Caroline Lindsay,

I founded Progress-able because, after spending years in various workplaces, I saw how much our careers—and the work landscape we navigate—are constantly evolving. The humanness is sometimes left behind and I’ve seen too many people hurt, damaged and try to survive their career that they desperately hope to love. I decided that’s what I really care about - helping people find joy and progress in their careers.

I’ve worked in talent development and learning and development both in small and global organisations, and I’ve helped people from interns to senior executives unlock their potential. But what really stood out to me during my time? Recurring themes of change, complexity, overwhelm and lostness affecting so many professionals, no matter their level.

Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about people—what we want, what we need, demotivation and how to create progress even when it feels like everything is out of our hands. I’ve developed career pathways, performance tools, and future skills programs designed to support professionals at every stage, and I understand career progression inside and out.

So, I’ve switched gears. My goal now is to provide really helpful courses, consults and learning events which help you navigate your you-shaped career — whether you’re starting fresh, making a shift, recovering from something or aiming for the next level.

Progress-able is here to help you find clarity, stay mentally fit, build confidence, and embrace a purpose-driven work life that you can feel excited about. I’m currently studying Rapid Transformation Therapy with Marissa Peer so I have certification for the therapy sessions I provide.

But beyond the qualifications and experience, I truly get it. I’ve been married, divorced, had kids, felt clear and fuzzy and at times lost in lack of confidence. I’m not young (except o n the inside) and I’ve juggled a busy life, experienced the highs of success and the lows of burnout.

Life and work are intertwined, and I’m here to bring you practical advice so you say the end “Woohoo! What a ride”!

Let’s work together to create a career that’s infused with joy. Whatever you decide, know that I’ll be here, cheering you on.
