I work with clients who want to unhook from old patterns and transform their lives by renewing their minds - enabling them to live in the freedom, peace, joy, abundance, health and purpose God promised.

Everything we do is based on Biblical scripture, Godly principles and the latest in scientific research. Our results are proven with centuries of evidence.

A note from Caroline

And I’m here to help you come into alignment with the life you feel is right for you.

I’m a learning designer, ex primary school teacher, corporate talent development professional, accredited Rapid Transformational Therapist® and life cheerleader who cares deeply about the misalignment between the life we dream of and our lived experience.

I’m a mum of 2, grandmother of 4, sister of 3 and I live solo in Adelaide, South Australia. I’ve been through some really tricky patches of highway - from divorce so severe stuckness in life, and I have deep compassion for people who are feeling frustrated, disappointed, disillusioned, fearful / anxious / stressed or depressed about life in general.

I provide virtual and in-person therapy, courses, events and tools which use Biblical truths to help you create your longed for changes. We know that transformation begins though the renewing of our mind and that’s where we focus. I also offer support for helping the children in your care have a brilliant life start.

I have developed my own practices and experiences which align with Biblical truths and have worked for so many people. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling clearer, lighter, happier and equipped for continuing the change. The focus is not so much on the therapy, more on the learning and doing. That means you may not need multiple sessions unless you choose to. My beliefs are;

  • that we take on the world’s beliefs and don’t understand how to live by God’s design

  • that we experience life according to our faith

  • we are actually free - free indeed

  • that our kids can develop a wonderful set of core beliefs and have childhoods which set them up for life success.

I’ve seen too many people live in survival mode for a long time, continuing to struggle or suffer a disappointing life, even as Christians. I’ve spent years learning principles, how to recover, revive and now my great joy is to help you get free and live a life that is, well……progressable.
